Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@autoproblemsolver.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the product and the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer wanting the product
• Incorrect purchases made by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may provide a replacement when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
